By placing an order, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. Pricing & GST

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Arife Aesthetics reserves the right to change prices without prior notice due to market fluctuations.

3. Ingredients & FSSAI Compliance

  • All baking ingredients sold are compliant with FSSAI standards.

  • Disclaimer: It is the customer’s responsibility to check the ingredient list for allergens (nuts, gluten, dairy, etc.) before purchase. Arife Aesthetics is not liable for allergic reactions.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location (typically 3–7 business days).

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities or courier strikes.

5. Returns & Cancellations

  • Baking Tools & Packaging: Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery only if the product is damaged or defective. A clear unboxing video is mandatory for all damage claims.

  • Ingredients: Due to food safety regulations, edible items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City, e.g., Mumbai/Delhi].

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is our priority.

1. Collection of Personal Information

We collect information such as your name, shipping address, email, and phone number to process your orders. This is “Sensitive Personal Data” as per Indian IT Rules.

  • Process and deliver your baking supplies.

  • Communicate order updates via SMS/WhatsApp/Email.

  • Comply with tax and legal audits.

3. Payments & Security

We do not store your credit card or net banking details. All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant secure payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Cashfree, or PayU).

4. Disclosure to Third Parties

We only share your address and contact details with our logistics partners (e.g., Delhivery, BlueDart) to ensure your tools and ingredients reach you. We do not sell your data to third-party marketing firms.

Important Reminders for India:

  1. Unboxing Videos: In India, many e-commerce sites now require an “unboxing video” to prevent fraudulent damage claims. I have included this in the terms—it will save you a lot of money!

  2. FSSAI: If you are repacking ingredients under your own brand, ensure your FSSAI license number is also visible on your “Contact” or “About Us” page.
